9%. If the rating of the debentures is downgraded by any rating agency from A+ to A, the coupon rate will be increased by 0.25%. If the rating of the debentures is downgraded by any rating agency from A+ to A, the coupon rate will be increased by 0.5%. If the rating of the debentures is further downgraded by any rating agency, the coupon rate will be increased by 0.25% and 1% respectively for two subsuquent downgrades. If the rating of the issuer or debentures is upgraded by any rating agency to A-, the inital coupon rate is restored.
