7.61%. If the credit rating of the Issuer or the Debt Securities is downgraded below AAA by any credit rating agency, the coupon rate will be increased by 0.25% for every notch of downgrade. If the credit rating is subsequently upgraded, the coupon rate will be decreased by 0.25% for every notch of upgrade. If the Sustainability Performance Targets are achieved as verified on the SPT Verification Date, the coupon rate will be reduced by 0.03% per annum for achievement of 1 target and by 0.06% per annum for achievement of 2 targets.
